In 2013, her aspirations took a significant turn when Apple approached her for the role of Regional Marketing Head for iTunes and Apple Services in Emerging Markets based in Dubai. At Apple, she was part of the founding team that launched the Apple Services business across India, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, and Africa. In June 2021, another exciting opportunity arose when she was invited to return to India to lead Reliance Jio’s Entertainment Services division. At Jio, she focuses on building a sustainable profit-and-loss structure for entertainment services while leveraging Jio’s robust ecosystem to cater to both consumers and businesses.
At Jio, she leads Jio Entertainment Services, which she is also the founding member and CEO of, which encompasses all the entertainment offerings of Jio Platforms Ltd. Including but not limited to JioTV, JioTV+, JioSaavn and enterprise apps. After the brand revamp of JioSaavn, she quickly moved to the OTT aggregator platform JioTV and JioTV+ where she launched JioTV Specials, branded partnerships with key clients like Dubai Tourism, Coke Studio, Rolling Stone, Red Bull and IPs like ‘No Filter Neha’ – celebrity video chat show with Neha Dhupia.
