How did the COVID-19 pandemic impact your daily operations and what were the challenges that you faced?
Due to the nature of our products, Batteries Expert was considered an essential service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Though we had to follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff, we were able to remain open to provide products to the community and local emergency services, such as car batteries and batteries for hospital equipment.
Though we were no longer able to visit our franchisees in person to offer them support and guidance, we communicated on a regular basis and set up virtual support sessions to foster a sense of support, care, and community.
When it comes to adapting to the evolving customer needs and trends, do you think it is necessary to align one’s business with the latest technological developments? If yes, how does your company cater to this necessity?
Absolutely! We truly believe that technology plays a key role in adapting to customers’ needs, and this is particularly the case in our industry. Batteries Expert caters to this necessity by offering latest generation battery products, such as lithium technology, that cater to the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
