Walmart to Hire 20,000 Supply Chain Employees for the Holiday Season

Walmart an American multinational retail corporation said on Wednesday that it will focus on hiring 20000 employees to serve the big holiday shopping rush.

The average wage for a supply chain is $20.37 per hour, Walmart said it will carry out a special hiring event on September 8 and 9.
Chief financial officer Brett Biggs said, “Out-of-stocks in certain general merchandise categories are running above normal, given strong sales and supply constraints.”
