In an interview with Insights Success, Vibhanshu shares valuable facts that highlight the significance of the company in the dynamic business arena.

Brief our audience about your journey as a business leader until your current position at Vs corner. What challenges have you had to overcome to reach where you are today?

My journey in this industry is nothing less than a joyride. I had the most humble beginning & started with the lowermost position in the hierarchy, but that didn’t stop me from working hard as I had decided to carve a niche for myself in this industry.

My first breakthrough was when Classic Rock Coffee offered me the position of Multi-Unit Manager & there’s been no looking back since then. It wasn’t a cakewalk though; I had faced many struggles & failures on the way, but I was determined and did not give up during difficult times. I was confident enough about what I wanted to achieve & I am happy to say that with grit & determination, nothing is impossible to achieve.

Now, when I lead V’s foodies & with a few brands under my umbrella, I tell my staff & colleagues, that never give up during difficult times & situations. Because when such situations come up, you need to look behind and remember all the experiences & lessons which you have learned so far, and you will get your answers.

During Covid, I bravely decided to start a company catering to provide fusion Indo-Chinese food to the people. As I started my entrepreneurial journey, it came with great lessons & experiences. There’s a massive difference between when you are running someone else’s business & when you are running your own; as it’s almost equal to raising your own baby.

But nevertheless, I got to learn a lot from the mistakes that I made; I guess I can now assess a situation & take a decision accordingly and that’s purely because I never stopped learning nor believing in myself.

Tell us something more about your company and its mission and vision; how does your company thrive towards enabling advancements in the dynamic business arena?

Our Mission at V’s is to make good food simple, available & affordable. Our Vision is to become a household name by the year 2025.

I personally believe that in today’s world where there’s so much competition around, it’s the ability to implement new strategies quickly is very important as in with changing trends & customers demand, we strive to upgrade ourselves with emerging trends in our industry & keep innovating new recipes which will keep our customers hooked on to us.

Enlighten us on how you have been impacting the sector you are catering to through your expertise in the market. 

As we all know, in our Industry we have the maximum competition around us. With so many options available around, it’s very difficult to have loyal & faithful customers who keep returning back to you for the food you serve. And therefore, I feel we at V’s are trying our best to cater to our customer’s requirements & needs and always trying to innovate & invent recipes that help us in retaining our customers.

We at V’s are extremely proud as with our constant Innovation & market demand we now have various food brands under our umbrella which help us cater to a major part of society.

Describe in detail the values and the work culture that drives your organization.

A diverse and inclusive workplace allows for different ideas and creativity which will improve performance, processes, and productivity is what we believe at V’s foodies. At V’s, we are proud of our employees as they are the driving force & it’s because of them who we are today.

Employee Welfare & Customer Centricity is the top priority at V’s foodies. As we firmly believe it’s because of these two factors that we have been able to sustain ourselves in this industry.

Undeniably, technology is playing a significant role in almost every sector. How are you leveraging technological advancements to make your solutions resourceful?

Technology has embarked humanity on a path of exponential growth, undisputed evolution, and progress. It continues to provide solutions to realms of human life and enhance its quality. And I feel we aren’t too far from the day; we’ll have Robots cooking our food in the kitchen. This is because of the real issue we all in the hospitality segment are facing staff shortages.

It is easy to replace people working in the front, but when it comes to Kitchen, consistency is what we all look for. In that scenario I feel, it will be better if we as an industry could find out solutions for the kitchen with automation & technology which makes the chances of errors minimal.

What, according to you, could be the next significant change in your sector? How is your company preparing to be a part of that change?

The expanse of the food and beverages market has grown dramatically, especially over the last decade. This industry has witnessed substantial growth with innovation in processes, products, and services to keep pace with the rapidly changing consumer preferences.

In the coming years, we going to see a huge shift from meat-eating to plant-eating options, with people opting for vegan or vegetarian foods. Also, the shift will move to Eco-Conscious eating in which we going to look for options that don’t harm mother earth or the environment in any way.

People have now become more conscious & understanding in terms of the food they are eating. People are already looking for food that is good for their health, their gut health & their overall health. In the coming years, we going to see a trend where people will move back to traditional eating what they are currently eating these days. We at V’s are constantly upgrading ourselves according to the market’s requirements or based on our customer’s feedback, and we are already innovating products as per our customer’s requirements.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the dynamic industry?

From my personal experience, I would like to advise all budding entrepreneurs to remain focused as it’s easy to lose track once you taste Success. You should remain focused until your goal isn’t achieved.

Never opt for unethical ways in a business no matter how lucrative it might feel at that moment because the success you achieve by opting for such ways is generally short-lived. Value & respect your family always, because it’s easier to build a business when you have supportive & happy family.
