Kevin Hanrahan, Chairman of Board of Directors & CEO, having over 30 years leadership experience in management consulting and industry, Kevin leads the strategic and financial areas of the firm. He has specialized in process optimization; particularly in finance departments and information technology.
He is a Master Black Belt, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA-inactive), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Kevin is a member of Financial Executives International (Manhattan Chapter), the Ohio Society of CPA’s, American Institute of CPA’s, Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the Project Management Institute. Kevin graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Accounting and received his Masters in Finance/Tax from Xavier University.
Michael Cohen, Founder & President, is a quality oriented technology leader with over 20 years of experience. He has held various leadership roles for large matrix organizations such as General Electric, Oracle Corporation, Information Resources, and Black & Decker. Michael achieved Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2004 from GE. He attended Central Connecticut State University and in 1987 graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
