The new Cadillac Lyriq to hit the streets in 2022: All you need to know.

Preparing for its first comprehensive EV that is set to launch early 2022, Cadillac showed off the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq in complete production form in total syn with how the concept looked.
Transitioning from concept to creation, the Lyriq’s slim headlights, sharp angles, and unique LED-lined grill, have all been inculcated; same is the case with the car’s interior.
Buyers of the Lyriq can enjoy the varied exterior color options viz., Satin Steel Metallic or Stellar Black Metallic, and two available cabin hues, Sky Cool Gray or Noir; a staggering 33.0-inch LED display on the dash; active noise cancellation and an audio system with 19 speakers along with headrest-mounted speakers.
Evidently Lyriq will use GM’s modular electric platform, powered by the Ultium long-range batteries. The 100-kilowatt-hour setup provides the car 340 horsepower and an EPA-approximate range of at least 300 miles.
Lyriq customers will be able to charge the car at DC fast-charging stations at a rate of 190 kilowatts, which gives the car 76 miles of range in only 10 minutes, along with a 19.2-kW home-charging module. The home charging option will come standard.
The 2023 Cadillac Lyriq, with a base price of $59,990, initiates manufacturing in early 2022, however those who wish to buy the first release model can order it later this year.
