Nissan to Spend $17.6 Billion for Battery-Powered Vehicles

Following the trend and keeping up with the competitors, Nissan Motors. Co. is planning to spend around $17.6 billion on Electric Vehicles in the next five years.

The company plans of adding 20 new vehicles powered by batteries over the next 5 years. Though, Nissan launched its Electric Vehicles around a decade ago.

After an early release in EV in the market, Nissan believes that the new range vehicle will bring the company back on tacks. Since the demand for Electric Vehicles is increasing, the industry is transforming itself according to the needs.
