Phil Calzadilla, Founder and CEO of NextNet Partners, recently named ‘One of the Most Admired CEO’s of 2015’, is committed to client satisfaction and building an empowered and diverse culture of customer-focused teams at NextNet Partners.
Phil is an industry veteran with a strong background in leadership and growth. Since the company’s founding in October 2011, Phil has passionately led NextNet Partners through multiple stages of growth. Under his leadership the company has developed a very strong team culture, while seeking to create ‘raving fan’ clients and doubling sales revenue year after year.
Prior to starting NextNet Partners, Phil worked for Cisco Systems for 14 years, progressing to regional leadership positions over enterprise, retail, healthcare and state, local, and education (SLED) teams in the Southwest. In his last three years at Cisco, Phil was an Operations Director leading the services team for Cisco’s SLED team in the South and West areas of North America.
Prior to Cisco, Phil was consistently a technology sales leader with roles at Microtest, Automatic Data Processing, and MicroAge. He is a member of various boards and councils, including Cisco Partner Advisory Board, Comstor Partner Advisory Board, Tech Data Direction of Industry Council, PEN-Phoenix (Parents Education Network of Phoenix), ASU Center for advancing business through IT (CABIT), AZ Eagles, and the AZ chapter of ACT! (Autism Care and Treatment).
