Leading and Managing the company towards a greater good
A quality engineer by background, Co-founder and CEO, Sophie Ennadi has a solid experience in the car industry, managing project inter laboratories across Europe, and working with well-known brands to create new test methods. Sophie’s previous experience in car industry helped her a lot in her current role. Not only she was in charge of the overall quality of the company she worked for, but also in charge of managing the test laboratory.
At NAJMTEK, Sophie’s role is to lead and manage the company to make it grow and reach its goals. Her role and primary responsibilities include developing the overall strategy of the company, making major corporate decisions, finding the right partners, negotiating contracts, and even hiring the staff.

Bringing their Amazing Tool to help People
The team of NAJMTEK is working hard on bringing their amazing learning tool to help people with dyslexia learn, work, write and communicate with others without dyslexia, and it is their main goal nowadays. A study projects that 1 in 5 kids at school and 700 million people worldwide are dyslexics and they believe that they can tremendously change those millions of lives which are affected by dyslexia.
To make it happen while saving a big amount of money, they aim to work with school districts, dyslexia organizations, literacy foundations, and even directly with people, making sure that every kid will have access to UBOOK, and will have access to the education he deserves.
