Franchise Creator was founded in 2011, by Franchise Industry Expert Mr. Hossein Kasmai. Franchise Creator offers clients an all-inclusive franchise development business model to successfully franchise a business, go to market, and expand through franchising.
We not only offer the services of converting a business into a franchise model, but we also offer franchise sales services for our clients. We stay involved with each and every business that we have franchised, and we guide them as they expand into new locations worldwide. We act as a partner to each business owner client, without taking any equity from their business.
Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how the adoption of modern technologies such as AI and machine learning has transformed the franchising industry, and what more could be expected in the near future?
AI is seen in many aspects of franchising especially in lead generation online and in providing operations & customer support. With that being said, while I believe it is important to implement some form of AI for company infrastructure and efficiencies across the board, I am also a strong believer in that franchise operations and sales force will always be present.
I expect to continue to see innovations in this space by creating and leveraging existing technologies. AI continues to gain momentum in the fields of lead generation and customer support. Also, many franchise systems are beginning to implement AI in their franchise stores in order to reduce payroll costs and improve customer experience.
Considering the current pandemic and its impact on global economies, how are you driving Franchise Creator to sustain operations and ensuring the safety of your employees at the same time?
At Franchise Creator, we are currently experiencing tremendous growth in our business from developing businesses into becoming franchisors, and also in the franchise sales sector awarding franchises. We are proud to say we have maintained all of our original staff pre-pandemic and have also been actively recruiting and hiring more staff to continue to expand our operations.
All of our staff has continued to follow social distancing requirements and tests regularly for COVID-19. The franchise industry is currently experiencing the biggest boom ever. The availability of a variety of financing options at low interest rates and the continuous success of franchised businesses, continue to drive entrepreneurs towards the franchising model.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs aspiring to venture into the franchise consulting space?
Franchising a business requires a lot more than just the legal requirements set forth by the Federal Trade Commission to join an existing firm that not only handles the legal document creation, but all aspects of the franchise development process as well as franchise sales. That way could learn what it takes to take a company from a regular business to a franchise business and how to successfully grow a franchise business.
How do you envision scaling Franchise Creator’s operations and offerings in 2022?
We currently have a total of four offices worldwide and are looking to open up additional offices in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and throughout Europe as well as China.
