Describe your top-notch offerings that address the need of your customers.
Our low-code/no-code platform is extremely flexible and enables enterprise business processes end-to-end. Configurable data models drive dynamic task distribution and data collection assignments based on our customers’ organizational design. Frontline teams in CPG, Retail, Restaurants & Hospitality, Facilities, and Natural Resources collect data, complete tasks, capture and markup photos, and are assigned workflows that drive optimal action using the FORM platform on mobile. As data is collected and tasks are completed, teams can benchmark and scorecard end users, locations, regions, and programs with custom metrics for their business to ensure key activities are being performed correctly and on time.
What makes your company a preferred choice among your clientele over other competitors?
First is our deep expertise in enabling operational compliance around QA, QC, and Risk Reduction processes for over 20 years. Second, the flexibility and configurability of our platform is unparalleled, and as a result, we reduce the total cost of ownership for our enterprise customers because we can be used across teams in the business. Last, our integrations with other systems of record extend the value of existing tech stack investments and drive end-to-end data processes across systems.
From a business leadership perspective, what is your opinion on the impact of the current pandemic on the Compliance Operations sector and the related market?
Compliance operations teams have needed solutions like FORM to react to changes in the market in real-time, sometimes same-day, as pandemic conditions change. Throughout the pandemic, our customers have used FORM’s solutions to manage complex audits with regional variances for regulations and keep their frontline teams and customers safe. Having an intuitive mobile experience to guide end-users and even conduct audits and inspections while some team members have worked remotely has allowed our customers to stay nimble and guide their frontline users with context, prioritization, and instruction—all in one app. Our reporting capability has also given teams vital information about where outcomes are at-risk so that they can take immediate corrective action.
Describe the values that drive your organization.
In our journey to create the world’s first Digital Assistant for the Frontline, we’ve made strategic acquisitions of four best-in-breed technologies for field execution over the last 18 months to give our customers the top capabilities teams need to work smarter in the field, including new technology for field communications. In your opinion, what could be the future of the Audit Management market post the COVID-19 pandemic? And how are you strategizing your company’s operations for that future?
Teams will continue to need point solutions whose capabilities reflect industry expertise and are efficient for owners in the line of business to administer and that also meet the security needs of enterprise IT. Inside this ecosystem, apps like FORM must seamlessly integrate with larger enterprise platforms to drive end-to-end data experiences and better insights.
In what ways have you or your company contributed to the community?
We proudly support the communities where our team members work and serve. One of my personal passions is our work with the FORM Children’s Fund, which provides life-saving medical services and supplies to children in Ukraine, many of whom are among the most vulnerable in their communities as orphans or youth from low-income families facing severe health crises.
What are your future aspirations? Where do you see your company in the next five years?
I see our company continuing to help our customers reduce risk, increase compliance, and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace with mobile software that’s easy for their teams in the field to use and turns them into superheroes on the frontline.
