We are a Google Cloud-focused niche company, helping customers on their digital transformation journey since 2014. We manage more than 1000 plus customers on Google cloud and have been growing at more than 300% year-over-year (YoY) since 2018.

We primarily focus on Google Email and Collaboration, called Google Workspace, Google Cloud Infrastructure, and Google Cloud Data Analytics solutions, helping customers improve productivity, reduce data center costs, and become a more data-driven company.

Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how the adoption of modern technologies like AI and ML has impacted the marketing industry and how is your company riding the technology wave? 

We see the adoption of Artificial Learning (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) across all industry verticals significantly changing the decision-making process.

With respect to the Marketing industry, we feel it has helped understand the end customer better, providing insights to the customer about services products, and most importantly, simplifying the decision-making process.

Considering the current pandemic, what initial challenges did you face, and how did you drive your company to sustain operations while ensuring the safety of your employees?

We are a cloud-born company, so basically, from the beginning, all the data, systems, and applications we used have always been in the cloud. Pandemic was a key catalyst for increased Cloud adoption for us as well as for our customers.

The biggest plus point for us was that there was no loss of productivity within the delivery team and sales team while working from home, and we were able to provide the best-in-class experience to our customers without any issues.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the industry?  

Start early. Getting hands-on experience is the best way to learn. Build on what you are passionate about and deeply care about. Make sure you adapt your products and services to keep customers in focus and evolve your business model as adopted by your customers.

How do you envision scaling your company’s operations and offerings in 2022 and beyond? 

We would like to grow by more than 10x in the next three years. Part of it is going deeper into the Google Cloud technology stack with specialization and aligning our service offerings with industry verticals like health care, retails, fintech and manufacturing. We continue to hire engineering and sales talent and build strategic partnerships with the clients.

Vijay Shah started his IT career in 1999 as a software engineer and gained strong hands-on experience in solution design and IT programs delivery, working with best-in-class enterprises like Nationwide Insurance, Oracle, Accenture consulting, etc.

The entrepreneur’s journey started in late 2014, seeing cloud computing as a game-changer for building scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions for enterprises. Being an early partner with Google helped in gaining market share.
