- Kindly brief us about your organization your vision, mission and your values.
Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions (DBOS) is an Australian-owned outsourcing/offshore staffing company based in the Philippines. I founded and open the company in 2015 as I saw an opportunity to change the way Australian businesses perceive the idea of utilizing offshore labour services.
My company’s vision has always been to bring this great resource to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide by educating them about the benefits if they follow the DBOS circle of success with collaborative recruitment and transition planning. This approach ensures that we can identify the key objectives and requirements of each client and match them to the right employee. Through this, we claim a retention rate of 94% over the last 4 years.
Not only do the clients can save anywhere from 50 to 70% on labour costs but also not to worry about housing and HR. Our mission is to provide long-term positive offshore experience which is easily achieved by sticking to our company core values such as Excellence – going above and beyond for the best quality of service we can offer; Transparency – to be open, honest & trustworthy in doing our business; Heart – to remain passionate in what we do which also reflects on the output that we produce; and Ingenuity – to make it happen alongside innovations as we constantly seek to improve and find solutions.
Our greatest product is our staff. We offer different outsourcing solutions such as call centre support, back office functions, online marketing services, graphic designing, website, software and app development. We can even customize as per the client’s request and requirements.
With this, we cater to different industries such as car finance, car rental, insurance, marketing, IT and development, and a whole lot more. We can locate experienced college graduates with the perfect skills to fit our client’s requirements whatever industry it may be. Other than that, we now also offer a reseller program where you can earn sales commission per staff, per account and that gives results-focused professionals more opportunity to earn more.
- How has your organization sustained its market competency? What are the characteristics that set it apart?
We are proud to say that DBOS has sustained its market competency through continuous strategic planning for future growth without compromising our service and commitment to our current clients. We have also secured their growth and has given them confidence to promote our services to their colleagues and industry partners. We also showcase characteristics that are way different from providing interactive recruitment processes by letting our clients handpick their own staff from the most valuable talents in the Philippines.
Another thing that DBOS does better than many of our competitors is the client and employee engagement programs that we implement. At the end of the day, you can document and implement process driven tasks through time and motion studies and data analysis. But what really sets us apart from our competitors is our company culture. All our employees love coming to work because of our modern offices and a safe and happy environment where they feel like a part of the bigger picture rather than a number.
- Share your views on the latest trends in the BPO industry. How are you keeping up with them?
One of the latest trends in the industry is developing a self-managed outsourcing experience that is customized for every client. As the owner of DBOS, I am proud to say that we are one of the leaders of this business model which also includes a data free operation. I believe that customizing every step for each client and not storing any data on-site by only working with them using cloud-based platforms for team management is highly essential.
Giving our clients full control from the selection process to working with our highly qualified HR and operations staff with the transition planning of teams create a strong partnership built on understanding and trust. Now, with the current estimate of 700 thousand medium and highly skilled jobs moving to the Philippines by 2022, our focus is on recruitment processes and strong social media presence which highlights our fun and modern company culture that focuses on employees to attract both high-quality candidates and clients.
- How do you maintain a productive work culture at your company?
We here at DBOS are in the people business, so we make sure to keep our employees and clients happy and engaged through our many engagement programs, regular performance reviews, setting clear expectations, as well as providing rewards and recognitions.
- Describe the experiences, achievements or lessons learned that have shaped the journey of the company.
One of the things that makes us who we are here in DBOS is the ability to easily overcome the cultural differences between our staff and their client. Another thing that has also helped shaped the journey of the company is our ability to stay ahead of the small to medium sized business outsourcing industry despite the steep competition.
- What are your future plans for the company? Where do you see the company in the years to come?
I see nothing but continuous growth for DBOS. I aim to bring our customized outsourcing solutions to more SME’s not just in Australia/NZ region but also in North America and Europe. Also, to provide more jobs and opportunities to well-rounded and talented Filipinos by opening more offices in key cities in the Philippines. In fact, we are on our way to opening our third site in February 2020.
About the Founder
Jacquelynne started her entrepreneurial journey at a young age. She worked on various part-time jobs until the age of 15. After moving to a country town in Logan, she decided to leave school and work full time as an office junior. Over the years, Jacquelynne handled several managerial roles in varied industries (including both local and global car rental companies). These established her as a leader at the age of 17.
In 2006, Jacquelynne co-founded the Alpha Group. She oversees Sales and Marketing, including its day-to-day operations. To assist a variety of Australian SMEs, Jacquelynne moved to the Philippines. Here, she founded Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions.
