In an interview with Insights Success, the Cezary Brejżek is Manager of Corporate Finance Department of BPG Group. He is a CEO of Polish market and the company in Poland is called BPG Polska Audyt Sp. z o.o. He shares his great insight towards organization’s journey and its specialized solutions and services. He has broadly discussed about company’s core competencies and about how company is establishing in the market. He has also shared company’s overall status and its functionalities used in various sectors.

Give a brief overview of BPG, its solutions, and services?
In 2002 BPG opened its first Polish office in Warsaw with 4 employees. Later we opened a second office in Wroclaw and we currently have 2 offices in Poland that employ approximately 40 people in total. Our solutions are mainly based on the individual needs of our clients. After talking to a client, we try to tailor our services to best match the client’s exact needs by choosing the best solutions from the services that we offer, i.e. auditing of financial statements, tax consultancy, transaction advisory and accounting services, Human Resource (HR) and payroll services, and financial crime and fraud prevention services.
How positively you admire your role in the company and focusing on its working divisions?
I started my professional career as an auditor with one of the reputable audit firms, which gave me great insight into the benefits that outsourcing can provide. I have found this knowledge to be incredibly useful, particularly during my conversations with managers from various departments, as I am able to help them understand exactly how the outsourcing industry works, which has a positive effect on the relationship with clients. In addition, as an auditor and tax adviser, I provide oversight by supervising the work of our team, which guarantees the highest quality of service for our clients.
How do you diversify Payroll Services and how it is beneficial to identify customer’s perspective?
In addition to HR and payroll services, BPG also provides other related services that prove very useful to our clients by giving them the opportunity to outsource various services related to the running of a business, such as accounting, human resources, and payroll services. This is a useful solution because all confidential information stays in one company. What distinguishes us from our competitors is that we are able to offer our clients an employee and management desktop service. This is an innovative solution thanks to which employees have access, from their desktops to their HR and payroll data as well as records of salary payments. Employees can also use the service to apply for holiday leave and other leave, send requests for data corrections and do many other useful things. The desktop created for management makes it easy to accept employee requests for holiday and other leave check absences as well as verify all necessary personal documents such as medical certifications or health and safety training certifications.
Explain the organization’s overall journey? What experiences, achievements or lessons learned that have shaped its journey?
Over the course of the 16 years that we have been in operation, we have become members of KRESTON International – an international organization associating companies in the field of accounting, auditing and business consulting, and have entered into cooperation with Leading Edge Alliance. Thanks to our membership in these associations, our team can benefit from the knowledge and skills of over 23,000 experts and thus can constantly improve their qualifications in an international environment. From the very beginning, we made sure that we had a team that was able to communicate in both English and German so that we had the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Where does BPG see itself in the long run and/or what are its future goals?
We would definitely like so continue expanding by taking on more specialists, which is also tied to opening new offices in Poland. What’s more, we would like to increase our client’s awareness about outsourcing and show them that you do not have to be a large company to appreciate the benefits that outsourcing can provide to a business. Our plan for the future is to showcase Poland as a country conducive to investment and an ideal place to start your business.
Considering the rising number of Payroll solution providers, how does BPG stand out from its competitors?
At first glance, HR and payroll services in many companies do not seem that different from each other. At BPG, we focus on an individual approach to the client and strive to provide advantageous, innovative solutions, such as our platform for electronic communication between our firm and the client, where our partners can contact us in 3 different languages – Polish, German and English. This system allows for an easy and transparent way of communicating with us as well as unrestricted access to employee documentation. We believe that this is what most clearly distinguishes us from our competitors.
