When speaking with our clients, it became obvious that there was a gap in the market for an elegant and intuitive, yet detailed global payroll processing tool for our Direct Employer of Record service. So, we built ApprovPay, which is a global payroll platform where clients can approve invoices in just one click and even without logging into our platform. They can also review their global payroll, streamline reporting, access instant forex rates, administer and track benefits as well as receive payroll reminders.
As per you, what is the necessity of adapting digital transformation, especially in your sector?

The platform provides the intelligence businesses to need to be aware of when hiring globally and to be compliant in order to avoid legal action. The platform also allows companies to browse and download thousands of HR templates and documents for 150+ countries, and helps ensure compliance by giving customers access to verified and validated documents like employment contracts, in English as well as the local languages, termination agreements and even employee handbooks.
