The roadblocks we are currently facing as a company include supply chain lead time, talent gaps, and adapting to scalability.

How is Quest AV adapting to market orientation?

As a part of our market orientation approach, Quest AV is continually on the hunt for new trends and innovations that we can leverage – either by improving our existing products and service offerings or creating something new that meets our client’s evolving needs.

What is your stance on implementing innovative technologies?

At Quest Audio Visual, we believe that implementing new and innovative technologies is imperative. Without the implementation and adoption of innovative technologies, organizations risk failing to keep up with market-changing innovations, losing their top talent, and becoming obsolete. With that being said, the implementation of new and innovative technologies should occur strategically and gradually. Even beneficial and advantageous technologies need to be appropriately introduced.

Employees should feel heard and involved throughout the implementation process of new and innovative technologies within an organization. Employees need to understand what they stand to gain from a new tool before they can truly learn to embrace and utilize it.
