OIA Global Acquires American Cargo Express

Transportation and supply chain management major “OIA Global” has acquired “American Cargo Express” (ACE), but the sum is yet to be disclosed. Based in New Jersey, ACE offers domestic and international warehousing, freight forwarding and trade management services to its clients. ACE offers services such as sea shipping, air transportation, domestic transportation, warehousing and distribution, trade management and customs brokerage.
The firm’s air transportation services range from immediate same day service to submitted and cost effective programs, under sea shipping services, and the firm also provides weekly express service from all major US points and ports to most global destinations.
OIA Global, CEO Charlie Hornecker said: “We value ACE’s 30year commitment towards providing high quality freight, warehousing, forwarding, fulfillment, as well as its inventory and trade management services to its clients. Joining forces with ACE will expand the OIA’s footprint into the highly competitive Canadian market of Toronto, and will add to our global network of locations which includes countries in Asia, Europe and South America.”
