Below are the highlights of the interview.
Brief our audience about your journey as a business leader until your current position at the company. What challenges you had to overcome to reach where you are today?
The world’s greatest Leaders have always remained focused on their goals and have constantly been putting their efforts to make them successful. Incredible things can happen if you never give up! Sometimes we give up due to the lack of self-confidence for some reason as we enter on our journey. The limitations in life are not given by your physical or by the situation itself; they are given by you, if your mind changes, your world too.
It doesn’t matter how your limitations are; cling to bright vision; learn and try to explore new things. Get up! This vision of life has a lot to do with my physical limitation, which always makes everything difficult for me, studying, working, having friends. Time and so much effort made me stronger and braver.

We are always thinking about the human part, and especially at this time, in which many people have suffered losses, we are permanently taking care of mental health.
If given a chance, what change would you like to bring in the industry?
I would like business to be accompanied by ethics and morals. Also, those small companies have the possibility of working with the State in more convenient conditions.
What, according to you, could be the next big change in the industry? How is your company preparing to be a part of that change?
The big changes are already happening, and possibly the adoption of the intelligence of things as well as artificial intelligence will be present both in software technology, as in vehicles, medicine, and almost any machine.
Where do you envision yourself to be in the long run and what are your future goals for the company?
In the medium term, I see myself delegating tasks and working in our own office, analyzing options to conquer new markets abroad, and continuing with my writing career.

My message is that you be brave and dare to undertake and venture into the technological environment as it offers very important opportunities for women.
