Mr. Arun Bala, Chief Operating Officer of Invenio Business Solutions, has over 22 years’ experience with companies across Consultancy, IT and BPO services industries in the US, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Indian markets. He has a wide exposure across geographies.
Prior to Invenio, Arun served as Vice-President for Sutherland Global Services, where he managed the communications business in the APAC region. Before Sutherland, he headed Cognizant’s Media and Telco sector for the European market, from where he gained a deep insight into one of Invenio’s key markets.
Arun is identified for his expertise in developing strong client and partner relationships, passion for building outstanding teams that are global and diverse in nature, and his disciplined focus on execution. Arun is responsible for Invenio’s global operations and for its business in Africa, APAC, Middle East and India.
