Indian nationals file lawsuit against presidential proclamation on H-1B

A lawsuit has been filed by a group of 174 Indian nationals, that include seven minors, against the recent presidential claim. This claim would be preventing them from entering the US due to suspension of the work visa. President Donald Trump had temporarily suspended the issuing of H-1B work Visas till the end of 2020.
The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that has been allowing US companies to employ foreign workers in speciality occupations that required any sort of theoretical or technical expertise.
This proclamation hurts the United States economy, separates families an defies the Congress. Companies have been revolted due to this policy as they feel that talented workers could be hired by opposing parties and instead of working with them would be competing against them.
There also had been a previous executive order of issuing green cards or lawful residency to any of the foreign residents.
