Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced on Wednesday that the company will extend its work-from-policy to all the full-time employees of the company whose work can be done remotely.
The company made these policy changes that were previously announced in May 2020, wherein only certain employees preferably most senior and experienced employees were allowed to request to permanently working from home.
Zuckerberg recently made these changes in the policy laying out the company’s hybrid remote and office setup.
Employees serving the roles that cannot be done remotely include people working on hardware devices or the company’s data center setups.
