Jodi Cicci, President & CEO of TOP Step Consulting holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University. She has been involved with Professional Services for over 25 years in many roles ranging from software developer to project manager to operational director. In July 2007, Jodi began her own consulting company, TOP Step Consulting, focused on Professional Services consulting around the NetSuite OpenAir PSA product, specifically to build an OpenAir User Community to bring business consulting, training, and outsourced administration benefits to the OpenAir customer base. In 2014, TOP Step Consulting expanded operations to include another PSA solution, FinancialForce; thus, providing a broader range of consulting knowledge to customers weighing the benefits of either solution.
Prior to her OpenAir involvement, Jodi held the position of Global Project Management Director for Software AG, Inc. with global responsibility for PS tools and business process efficiency. She worked with both commercial and government customers in her leadership roles in Software AG, Inc. as well as her previous experience with Lockheed Martin.

Future Panorama
TOP Step is continuously looking at building out specialty practice areas for other automation tools beyond NetSuite OpenAir and FinancialForce based on market demand. Jodi says, “Supporting these two current industry leaders in and of itself is exciting as they continue to introduce new technology and opportunities for us to assist the customer base.”
TOP Step has developed a program called STEPS, a five-phased approach, namely Strategize, Tools and Process Implementation, Educating and Training, Performance Tracking and Reporting, and Systems Management to help organizations effectively utilize their PSA platform. Jodi explains, “STEPS is a way through which we can engage with the customer at any point in time, partnering with them to help direct the intricacies of their PSA product and automate their business processes. Many of our offerings were developed in direct response to customer demand since we are heavily involved in creating a community of users to share knowledge and get the most out of their PSA solution.”
