Bajaj Freedom 125: The World’s First CNG Motorcycle

Bajaj launched the Freedom 125 on July 5. The Freedom 125 is the world’s first CNG-powered motorcycle.

2 KG CNG Tank

A 2 kg CNG tank is integrated into the trellis frame of the new Freedom 125, located below the seat.

2 Litre Fuel Tank

In addition to the CNG tank, the motorcycle has a 2 litre auxillary fuel tank that is located directly in front of the seat.

102 KM/KG CNG-Only Mileage

According to Bajaj, the Freedom can travel up to 102 kilometres on a single kilogramme of compressed natural gas (CNG).

330 KM Combined Range

The motorcycle has a 200-kilometer range when running on CNG alone, and it can travel up to 330 km when using a fuel tank.
