New iOS 18 features and updates were unveiled at the WWDC. Beta versions of the iOS 18 updates are currently being launched.

Apple is developing technology for easier iPhone battery replacement. The new technology is called "electrically induced adhesive debonding.

Currently, iPhone batteries are glued to the chassis with adhesive strips. The new technology will release batteries with a small jolt of electricity.
