Panic can lead to poor decision-making. Take a moment to assess your surroundings and identify exits or less crowded areas.
If you fall, curl into a ball to protect your head and vital organs. If possible, try to get up quickly or crawl to safety.
Move in the same direction as the crowd, even if it's not where you want to go. Fighting against the flow can lead to injury.
Stay away from walls, fences, or other barriers that can trap you. These areas can become dangerous if the crowd pushes against them.
If you see someone fall, and it's safe to do so, help them up. This can prevent additional people from falling and getting injured.
