UK, on Thursday 14, 2022, in an announcement for Free Trade Agreement (FTA) said that it will be launching negotiations with India to put businesses of Britain ‘at the forefront of the queue’ of the economy of India.
Boris Johnson, UK’s prime minister said that this FTA would be a perfect bonding with India to their historic partnership onto the next level. He further highlighted that Financial Services, Scotch Whisky, and cutting-edge RT’s (renewable technologies) will be the key sectors which will reap the benefits of this great partnership. The first round of talks is hoped to begin from next week.
